
Grassy Ecosystem Restoration – Scalping for Native Grass and Forb Establishment
Come to hear about and see the great work by the Wirraminna volunteers (lead by Judy Frankenberg and Sue Schilg) and Corowa Landcare in their demonstration sites for grassy ecosystem restoration – establishing native grasses and groundlayer species in highly degraded sites using scalping techniques.
CSU pHD student, Tom Munro, will talk about his research on the site on seed enhancement technologies to improve direct seeding success after scalping.
