Community Screening of ‘Just a Farmer’

Holbrook Landcare Network are pleased to have the opportunity to support the Holbrook Business & Community Development Group in bringing a special community screening of “Just a Farmer” to Holbrook on the evening of Friday 25 July.

This compelling and deeply personal film tells the story of the often unseen challenges faced by farmers and their families.

It shines a light on the importance of mental health support in rural communities like ours, where distance and stoicism can sometimes make it difficult to have the conversations that matter most.

The screening is an opportunity for us to come together, reflect, and continue fostering a culture of care and awareness around mental health in the agricultural sector and beyond.

Dinner will be provided prior to the movie, courtesy for Holbrook Rotary and Holbrook-Little Billabong CWA.

Following the screening there will also be an opportunity for a Q&A session.
