CSU Student Placement and Ecotour

CSU Student Placement and Ecotour

Our placement CSU student Emma Banting, has completed her time with us and headed off for adventures in Nepal. Emma worked primarily on the update of the Landcare Self Drive Ecotour, and many of you may have noticed some new shiny signs around the place. The brochure is having its last edits now and can expect to be available in the new year. The new tour includes some extra information via QR codes which link to our website, so we will be able to see how many people are using the tour. Thank you to the Greater Hume Shire for their support of this project through their community grants program.

Emma also worked on other projects and helped with a lot of our events – she was a great asset to the organisation and we were really pleased to be able to host her. The CSU student placement program is a great way to support the community we live in and give new people exposure to Landcare and our organisation. We wish Emma all the best of luck!
