Over the course of two workshops, presenters will work with you to review your current business model, identify opportunities and develop new business plans. You will also explore real world examples of agribusiness innovation where producers are successfully:
o using e-commerce to deliver products direct to market
o collaborating to start and export brand,
o growing higher-value crops
o establishing subscription based businesses for selling products in to urban areas
